2022 The Year of Communion

The Diocese of Burlington will dedicate 2022 as “The Year of Communion: Unity in Creed, Worship and Life” to coincide with the theme Pope Francis has chosen for the next synod of Bishops. That theme is: “For a Synodal Church: Communion, Participation and Mission.” The Pope formally opened the synod process at the Vatican on October 9-10.
